Niranjani Radhakrishnan, known as Jani Rad, is the CEO and Principal of Regional One Health Solutions, LLC. Based in Asheville, NC, Jani holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (BSPH), a Master's in Public Health (MPH), and a Master's in City and Regional Planning (MCRP) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Passionate about social justice and advocacy, she co-chaired the 2017 Minority Health Conference during her time at UNC.

Her leadership extends to delivering a TEDx talk in February 2020 and being named part of the Memphis Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. In July 2020, she launched the podcast What's On Your Mind?, giving guests a platform to share their stories.

2026 has been a landmark year: Jani was named a Memphis Business Journal Health Care Hero, delivered a joint keynote with AWS at Domopalooza announcing a new joint venture between Regional One Health Solutions, Domo, and AWS, and was recognized as Domo's Industry Partner of the Year.

A thought leader in data and AI innovation as it relates to healthcare, Jani co-authored the chapter "How Consumer Demands and Data Are Driving Change" in Data-Driven Quality Improvement and Sustainability in Health Care. She's been a multi-time speaker at Domopalooza from 2020–2026, and in 2024 joined the ELOS Medtech panel on AI and digital transformation at OMTEC.

With a diverse range of experience — interactive educational theatre, a university wellness center, health equity nonprofits, a social justice and human rights law firm, and one of the largest healthcare systems in Memphis — Jani continues to lead and inspire across platforms. In her free time, she travels the world with her spouse and two dog kids.

CEO & Principal

Recognized nationally as a leader in digital technology implementation and data visualization. Regional One Health Solutions combines technical support with health care expertise to navigate the complexities of health care data and patient data systems. In 2023, Jani was named a finalist in the DOMO Community Ovation Awards' "Most Novel Application" category. In 2026, she was named Healthcare Industry Partner of the Year at Domopalooza, and announced a joint venture with AWS and Domo.

What's On Your Mind?

Hosted by Jani from 2020 to 2023, What's On Your Mind? features two special sub-series: Mental Health Mondays and 901 On The Mind. Recorded everywhere from Memphis's Arcade Restaurant to the mountains of Colorado and the beaches of Mexico, the show captures stories from storytellers, activists, comedians, and creatives around the globe.

Launched during the pandemic and inspired by her TEDx talk, the podcast grew into live shows, in-person interview tours, and a podcast coaching class blending education, theater, and workshop facilitation.
